A 1970s A-frame,
reborn.
Casa Trigono is a black triangle in the trees — raised by hand half a century ago, rebuilt top to bottom in 2025, and now extremely good at weekends.

One big triangle.
Zero boring rooms.
Cathedral cedar ceilings, a wall of glass looking into the trees, a mezzanine bedroom floating under the peak, and a yellow front door you can spot from the driveway. The whole house is the architecture.
Somebody raised
this frame by hand.
We have the photographs to prove it. Sometime in the 1970s a crew walked into these woods, stood a set of beams against the sky, and left behind a house shaped like a mountain. Fifty years later, we gave it a second life.
Made for slow
mornings.
A full kitchen with an island worth lingering at, a marble bath with a soaking tub and a heated hammam, decks on two levels, and a firepit for the after-hours shift. Everything has instructions — and the instructions have jokes.
A lake town
hiding in plain sight.
Highland Lakes is a private lake community in the highlands of northern New Jersey — beaches, clubhouse, tennis, and water quiet enough to hear a paddle. About an hour from the George Washington Bridge, and a different century once you arrive.
